Basics on Prabhu Deva

Prabhu deva was born in MYsore, karnataka, India. His father Mugur Sundar was also a choregrapher, as are his two brothers, Raju Sundaram and Nagendra Prasad.

He is married to Latha with whome he had three sons Vishal, Rishi Raghavendra and Aditya. His son Vishal succumbed to cancer in 2008.

Prabhu Deva's Movies

In the 90s Prabhu Deva started as a choreographer with Vetrfi Vizha. He appeared in song sequences like "April Mayile" in Idhayam (1991) and gentleman's (1993) "Chikku Bukku Raiyle" , which became an instant hit.

With his growing popularity he landed a role in kadhalan (1994) with Nagma. In Rajiv menon's Minsara Kanavu (1997) he was seen with Arvind Swamy and kajol as Deva, a barber. The movie earned him a National Film Award for Best Choreography. He acted with Kamal Hasan in Kadhala Kadhala (1998).

2000 on wards he was seen with Madhuri Dixit Pukar (2000) for the song "Que Sera Sera " . In 2002, he acted in 123 with his brothers, Charlie Chaplin with Prabhu and in Rajnikanth's baba for the song " baba Kichchu". The Telugu movie Santhosham which also starred nagarjuna, Shriya Saran and Gracy Singh did extremely well.

He handled the choreography for farhan Akhtar's Lakshya (2004) which had Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta in lead roles. This won him another National Film Award for Best Choreography.

He directed the his movie Pokkiri (2007) with Vijay and Asin which was a love story mixed up with the real estate mafua. Villu (2009) with Nayantara and Vijay didn't do that well at the box office.

He is remaking Pokkiri in Bollywood as wanted Dead and Alive (2009) with Salman Khan and Ayesha Takia in the lead. He has not quit acting altogether and will be back in Kalavadiya Pozhudugal (2010) with Bhumika Chawla.

Born in Hong Kong on July 16, 1984 Katrina Kaif is one if eight siblings, all girls, from a mother who is a Caucasian of British nationality, and a father who was formerly form kashmir, Indian, but who has since acquired British citizenship.

She spent subsequent years in Hawaii, and than in London, Britain, She started modeling accidentally when she was in Hawaii at the tender age of 14, when she was appoached for a jewelry campaign. Thereafter continued modeling London.

Continuing to model was the reason she got her break in a Bollywood movie "Boom" offered by none other than film-maker Kaized Gustad.

She was flooded with modeling assignments the minute she set her foot on Indian soil, especially with her innocent expressive face, hour-glass figure, and drop-dead gorgeous looks.

Professionally she started off a a model with photographer Atul kasbekar,a nd upon being accepted, she received offers from LG, Cola, Fevicol, Lakme, & Veet. It was the Lakme commercial that got her noticed. She retained Matrix as her Manager to accept work on her behelf and at the price she deserved.

Moving to different culture and country was not must of a culture shock for her, as she states that no matter where you come from, the bottom line is that everyone wants to be loved, respected, and cared for.

Unlike other artistes from foreign lands. Katrina did not experience any difficulties in getting a visa nor of getting it exteded in India.

Although linguistically challenged. Katrina puts on a bold face and states that other Bollywood artistes like Sridevi, who did not know Hindi, did get offers from Bollywood film-makers, and she is no different. She has taken Hindi and dancing lessons to fit in with the Bollywood culture. She likes to display a picture of her learning Kathak dancing where she used to dance 7 hours a day non-stop.

Despite of her soft gorgeous looks, she is not easily intimidated, but admits that she is very emotional, almost an incurable romantic, wears comfortable non-revealing clothes when at home, hates to do her hair, and above all dislikes make-up. Admitting to being lonely in the beginning, but now has several friends who she can hang out with.

Although her first movie 'Boom' was panned by the critics and shunned by the audience, two other Telugu movies 'Malliswari' and 'Pidugu' did get her noticed. She grossed 70 Lakh Rupees for 'Malliswari'- making her top the list of the highest paid actresses during a South India movie debut.

Not done with South Indian movies, she has been signed in a Tamil movie 'Bheema' opposite National Award Winner Vikram.

She has received decent reviews for her part in "Maine Pyar Kyon Kiya", as a brief appearance in 'Sarkar'.

This star came to earth in the year 1956 Febuary 1 as a 7th son to Kanneganti Nagalingachari and Kannaganti Lakshmi Narsamma.

He completed his high schooling from high school at Sattenapalli. With the encouragement of Sunnam Anjaneyulu, a well-wisher of Kanneganti Nagalingachari. He pursued his intermediate and graduation from D.N.R College, Bhimavaram. He completed his post graduation in Telugu literature from Andhra University through a PG Center in Guntur. SRI VEGELLA SATYANARAYANA was the person who made Dr. Brahmanandam to face the first camera in the movie SRI TATAVATARAM as one of four friends of hero Naresh. It was on his birthday when he stands before a camera for the first time. This turned his life into other way. Though this was the first movie he started acting, the other movie SATHYAGRAHI under JANDYALA's direction was released first. He showed his rocking performance in the movie AHA NA PELLANTA directed by Jandhyala, who used Dr. Brahmanandam as a sword, remains as a one of the best movie, and a great turning point for him fetching first nandi award. The combination of Brahmanandam-Jandhyala continued in his next movies. Dr. Brahmanandam says. "Jandhyala garu is not only my favorite director, but also my Guru in film industry".

It seems Hema Malini's sojoum with historical biopic continues even after 30 years.

Bollywood eternal 'Dream Girl' is being signed by nationally acclained director Gulbahar Singh for his dream venture "Ek Thi Rani Aisi Bhi". The film is based on the life of Vijayaraje Scindia, queen of Gwalior, who is being played by Hema Malini. The film will be produced by Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Smriti Trust. This will be Hema Malini's second historical feature film after Kamal Amrohi's "Razia Sultan". Hema intends to spend time with the Scindia family in Gwalior to know in details about the queen of Gwalior.

"The last time I went to Gwalior with my daughter Ahana for a dance performance but never imagined that I would be playing the role of Rajmata," says Hemas.

Visibly excited about the project the actress feels that she needs to read and research on Rajmata Vijayareje Scindia so that she can portray the character perfectly on screen. Hema made a stunning come back in Ravi Chopra's "Baghbaan" and later got busy with her dance ballet and parliament. Now, Hema is back to reign Bollywood with pivotal role and interesting projects.
